The concern I am having with Meraki is the WLAN is not meant only for Internet access, but also for AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle) to communicate with database on the Intranet.
I opened a Meraki case and they say it is a Microsoft issue. I pointed out they fully support Windows 10, so it is not on me to deal with Msft to fix this... their best answer is to put a feature request in for an actual Meraki VPN client. Meraki's updated the firmware on our devices and we don't get any problems now but we are thinking about adding new Wireless Access Points so its good to know Meraki are still having issues.
